A fun character that wasn't very well thought out but you can tell they tried a bit.
At the beginning, it kinda turned into a bit of a shit show by the end and the original exit of River Song was so bad that they literally did a redo and pretended that it wasn't a redo.
She's a bit of fun. Legit role model when I was like ten tho. You know, because she was badass and sassy and she killed people. Because I was a fun child.
She's also either loved or hated by the fandom. My friend and I are on either sides of the debate, which is fun. I just basically love her despite the fact they should have really planned out her timeline to not have any confusing moments or contradictions. Because they clearly did not plan out her timeline. It looked like they legit took a good character and threw them in whenever they felt like it. Bc they probs did.
